We offer complete game camera packages, that out perform, and outlast anything on the market today. If you want to capture more bucks and keep your bucks on your property, then you must have the XLP. The XLP is controlled by your deer, not by the manufacture, the detected movement from a whitetail deer will actually tell the XLP when to snap the photo. With that in mind you can better understand why other game cameras spook deer and immediately elude the area.
The XLP will lower your chances of spooking your whitetail's, by allowing the deer to decide when it's time to take a picture based on the deer's movement. Other user selectable features can over ride these stealth settings on the XLP, for instance with the flip of a switch you can choose immediate mode, which will take the first picture, this might be good for areas of heavy deer travel that are not frequently spooked from foreign objects, I.E. like other game cameras that are controlled every 10 seconds no matter what.
The Stealth features are excellent over a feed station, mineral sites, bait locations and have 4 different pause and pounce stealth time delays based on the deer's movements.,
We are certain the new XLP motion activated controller card in conjunction with the PENTAX 8.1 MP, or the Nikon 7.1MP
Trail Stalker Game Camera with a 2" LCD screen is the latest and greatest pocket-sized game cameras of all time.
Did you know:
Every single camera on the market today will immediately snap a photo at the first movement is ‘sees’.?
The Trail Stalker Eliminates that threat!
WOULD YOU SHOOT AT THE FIRST MOVEMENT YOU SEEN, AND THEN TAKE A NAP?
Everyday wildlife (especially Whitetail Deer) walk alone through the forest trails & bushes; they see a familiar creek, and even some down trees. On the other side of the down trees they spot a mature whitetail.
For some reason the mature DOE appears very different, that buck suddenly has a familiar feeling.
As he approached the mature DOE, she turns and sees him. He watches her for any alarming signal that will alert him of any danger.
He begins to walk toward her. None of the deer know what's about to happen, the camera system is reading their every movement... Once the timing is correct “Snap”-the camera takes the photo”.
When selecting Full Stealth Mode-the camera system will allow the animal to get closer to your setup in front of you, and the camera system will now take a very relaxed ‘natural’ picture of your Deer or wildlife.
Critical feed site monitoring: Deer sense the presence of others, more than just sight, also through noise & smell. But often times the bucks NEVER come into the feeding site with other deer, they seem to lay low in the background and monitor the other deer’s behavior and sign language, such as an ear flicker or tail swag. Often times the fawns and yearlings will come in to; feed first, as the mature DOE “The leader of the group” watches for danger in the nearby bushes. Along with many other adult deer, including the Father; the Mature Trophy Whitetail, that normally would never come in to the feed site or surrounding bushes-as it was consistently alarmed of the; 1) camera presence (size & color), the camera noises (power up/down – electronic signal noise) and last but not least is the camera strobe & even IR flashes, Furthermore explaining 3 major disadvantages in similar units today.
When making a noise or snapping a photo at the first sign of movement, can be a very bad move on how your deer browse the area again! (This is a critical scouting technique) When deer frequent the same area, same trail, same smells, they know what to expect when encountering these locations. But then without warning a visual sight, a flash or noise appears that wasn’t there before, an instinctive sense of fear strikes, and that instinctive ‘alert look’ appears.… The Deer will most likely run off from the area, or lockup in front of the camera. They sense that they are in great danger, even though the camera has done nothing wrong, they are on full alert. 1 of 3 things will happen, depending on your settings: 1) the camera will wait until the deer is calm and relaxed before taking the next photo, 2) the deer calmly leaves the area without any further alerting of danger, 3) worst case scenario; the deer ran off. With the XLP auto stealth feature; if the deer is nervous-it will not ‘snap’ another picture.
You’ve just increased your chances of keeping that mature buck 'Right on trail'!
